He is a graduate Mechanical Engineer . He is the Founder of Mechmann and CMD of the Company. His Career spans over 25 Years of professional and entrepreneurial endeavor.

He established Mechmann in 2001. Since then he has built Mechmann in to a global company. Today Babani is intensifying the Company’s activities into the knowledge domain of Manufacturing processes in the global arena. Focus is on developing, designing, manufacturing and installing environmental friendly air, gas water treatment and air purification systems for the industry - world-wide.

Atul Arekar (Director)

He is graudate Mechanical Engineer . He has worked for many multinational companies in various capapcities. He has 25 years industrial experience out of which 20 years in Project Execution and Management. He has an extensive resume of projects completed, ranging in size, complexity and time parameters.

Suresh Naikwadi (Director)

He is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years working experience in various industries in After Sales Service , Installation & Commissioning .He has handled various Pipeline projects in Refineries and Petrochemicals. He has served L & T for 15 years as Service In charge .

Sitaram Khanolkar (Director)

He is Graduate in Environmental Engineering and also a Member of Indian Environmental Association.He served many multinational companies and have gained over 25 years of experience of working on complex water and waste water projects. His core strengths are project execution ,implementation, forming project consortiums, JVs,vendor development, technology sourcing, testing/commissioning and so on.

J. Muni Reddy (Director)

HE , is a Grduate Mechanical Engineer, AWS –CWI(USA), ASNT LV III(USA) BGAS ERS, Painting INS, PECTOR(UK), having 25 years of hands on experience in various fields’ viz., Petrochemical, Process, Oil, Refinery, Bulk Storage Terminals etc., in India as well as in abroad. Mr. Reddy has served in many reputed engineering companies in INDIA as well as Abroad at senior and responsible positions. His vast experience in engineering & construction is main strength of the company.

Swati Nayak (Director & CFO)

She is the CFO of the Company. SOhe holds a graduate degree in commerce from Mumbai University, India She joined management team in 2009 . She has extensive background and experience in Finance, Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Restructuring Operations etc.

H.C. Sharma (General Manager)

He is a Mechanical Engineer and have 38 years vast experience in Managing Utilities, Project Management , Power Plant Engineering, Water and Waste Water Management, LNG-CNG Utility Engineering, HVAC, Gas Generation Plants, Cryogenic Plants, Air Gas Treatment Plants etc.
