Electro-Deionissation

Electro De-lonization is currently the most advanced technology for icon -exchange.With this technology (ultra)pure water can be produced continuously.This high-end technology can have an application in sector such as:Power plants,process industry and pharmaceutical industry. An EDI-unit is usually used as post treatment of Reverse Osmosis water.

It is a chemically free process that uses electricity and ion exchange resin to produce ultra-pure deionized water.An EDI plant serves as an alternative to conventional mixed-bed polisher,as it eliminates regeneration downtime,as well as the need to handle and store hazardous chemical acid and lye.

Ultra Violet Chemicals Free Disinfection

Ultraviolet (UV) treatment eliminates bacteria,viruses,spores and mould.Unlike chemical disinfection,Mechmann,s UV disinfection systems use powerful lamps to produce concentrated ultraviolet radiation which destroys micro-organism.No need for cyhemical handling,dosing equipment or waste management.

Ozone Generators for Disinfection

Mechmann provides air-cooled,corona discharge ozone generators,complete integrated ozone system, and ozone process controls. Our product offerings include a broad range of ozone generators that generate 0.5 to more than 50pounds of zone per day.In addition,Mechmann Offers complete,integrated ozone contacting system designed to address the continually expanding range of industrial and municipal ozone system requirements.

Pressure Booster Systems

Mechmann's Pressure boosting systems are built based on the concept of VFD controller,Pressure Sensor, Flow Sensor,Dry Run Protection,Auto Restart,High Voltage Protection,Low Voltage Protection,high Temperature Protection,Phase Failure Protection & Anti Forest Protection for each pump.This allows the system to work precisely delivering the water at constant pressure at all times.
